Our extraction systems can be engineered to create a variety of products ranging from targeted molecules to whole-product extracts. Our extraction efficacy is nearly 100% on many of the applications listed on this site. We can use nearly any liquid as a solvent, and will determine the best solvent based on the solubility index of the material being processed.
Our refining systems can be engineered to meet the requirements for materials that are heat-sensitive, highly viscous, or that are of low thermal conductivity. The refining technologies can separate volatile compounds by introducing a mechanical feed of material onto an appropriately heated and/or agitated surface. These systems can be utilized for concentrating, separating, fractionating, refining, decolorizing, and deodorizing input material. These systems have broad applications across the chemical, pharmaceutical, polymer, and food industries.

We manufacture and sell processing systems. Some applications may be restricted based on existing partnerships and business models.
We offer lease options on the processing systems we sell. Internally, we will carry lease terms for up to 50% of the cost of the project, including capital equipment, installation and startup training.
TOLL PROCESSING MODEL
Depending on the location of your project, and the scope of the operation, we may be able to provide toll processing services in lieu of the purchasing or leasing of our processing systems.
Joint Venture MODEL
For some applications, we may be able to offer joint venture models where we provide and operate the processing systems on a revenue sharing model.
